Salad with tinned pineapples

- Pineapples preserved - 370г

- Crab sticks - 200г

- Rice (yet not welded) - 4-5 items of l.

- Cheese - 200-300г

- Onions napiform - 1 piece

- Mayonnaise - 250г.

To boil rice, to cut not so small to bank of pineapples, (if do not love a tin, can be limited to its contents, i. e. - pineapples) to plane crab sticks, cheese to rub, small to cut the onions. All to mix, fill with mayonnaise.

SALAD "COOL" FROM THE WATER-MELON WITH CRAB STICKS AND ФЕТОЙ

 

240 г crab sticks (I ADVISE the Water world), 300 г water-melon pulp, 100 г cheese феты , 1. Black olives б/к, 1 item of leaves of salad.

For refuelling: 2 items of l. Tomato juice, 2 items of l. Vegetable oil, salt, pepper.

It contains many easily acquired fibers, fats, carbohydrates, mineral substances, vitamins and on them of similar substances – холина and карнитина. All named substances are necessary for normal ability to live of an organism.

and it is exact not "расслаба"? Something structure of products of that... Causes fears to put it mildly, that холин and карнетин will not be late in an organism:) Read, that fish вообче with fruit in an organism at перевариваниии can form poisoning v-va
